###Leadless pacemaker

• self contained generator and electrode that is implanted into the right ventricle for single chamber pacing.
• benefit: no pocket infections, pacer wires, no incision (implanted via femoral vein), MRI compatible
• down side: 1 chamber, can't defibrillate
